Connecting
to PowerOne using Dial-up Networking
1.
Double-click the My Computer icon.
2. Double-click the Dial-Up Networking folder.
3. Double-click the Make New Connection icon.
4. Click the Next button.
5. Delete the contents of the Area
code field.
6. Delete the contents of the Telephone
number field, and type your access number.
7. Click the Next button.
8. Click the Finish Button.
9. Click the My Connection icon.
10. From the File menu, choose Properties.
11. Click on the Server Types tab.
12. Uncheck the box next to Log
on to Network.
13. Uncheck the box next to NetBEUI.
14. Uncheck the box next to IPX/SPX
Compatible.
15. Click the OK button.
16. From the File menu, choose Create
Shortcut.
17. Click the Yes button.
